Refund policy

**Returns and refunds are only offered for online purchases. Anything purchased in person is eligible for exchange only over the course of the scheduled show.**

Items must be returned to and received by Open Range Clothing Co., PO Box 698, Hudson, CO 80642 no later than 15 days after the order was received. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached, no signs of wear or tear, free from makeup or any other stains from trying the product on, animal scent and/or hair, or cigarette smoke. The product must also be unwashed. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for the return of the item and original shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns that meet the above criteria are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We will not provide a refund. Exchanges of any sort will not be accepted. All transactions on sale items are final. Returns will not be accepted on sale items or jewelry.
